We collect details such as name, phone number, email, area, address landmarks, food preference, meal requirements, delivery timing, budget, and referral source when you submit an enquiry.
How we use information
We use enquiry information to confirm serviceability, recommend subscription options, follow up through phone or WhatsApp, manage leads, and improve customer coordination.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with internal team members or service providers needed for customer follow-up, delivery coordination, hosting, analytics, or operational support.
Data retention
When an account is deleted, we erase the customer profile, authentication identities, saved addresses, subscriptions, linked lead records and other personal information. We retain only de-identified transaction facts required for accounting, refunds and payment reconciliation, such as order/payment identifiers, purchased products, amounts, currency, tax, statuses and timestamps. Retained records contain no name, email, phone, delivery address, delivery area, Google identity or customer identifier and are not used for marketing.
Your choices
You can delete your customer account from My Account in the mobile app or Delete Account in your website profile. You can request correction, update, or deletion of enquiry details by contacting The Dabbawaalas through the contact details listed on the website.
